What clients say

★★★★★
Oran took care of my employees with health insurance they didn't think they could otherwise afford. As an employer it didn't cost me a dime and my employees are truly grateful and, more importantly, now have health insurance.
Mark Haroldsen , employer
★★★★★
I highly recommend talking with Oran about health insurance options. He is very knowledgeable about marketplace plans as well as private health insurance. He took the time to talk with each employee in our small company, then put together a plan that was best for us. He was so patient with all my questions and scenarios.
Jen Oxenham , small business owner
★★★★★
I have been very happy working with Oran and his team. He has always been very fast to respond to my messages and has helped me shop options for my family and business over the last few years.

Questions from practice owners

Can a dental practice offer health insurance with just a few employees?
Yes. Small-group plans can start with one or two eligible employees, and ICHRA or a stipend works at any size. We quote all three for your team.
Can the owner be on the practice's group plan?
Usually, yes, as long as at least one non-owner employee enrolls. If that doesn't fit, we'll compare individual Marketplace and private plans for the owner's family.
What do hygienists and assistants expect?
A medical plan where the practice pays a meaningful share of the premium, plus dental and vision. A clear, simple benefit often decides between two job offers.
How do we keep benefit costs predictable?
An ICHRA or stipend sets a fixed amount per employee per month. Your cost is known in advance and employees choose their own plan.
